Dear Wahoos,

Summer is coming up fast and we are so excited for Crestwood Recreation Center’s opening on May 24th! We have had to switch over to a new swim team website and hope to have registration open in May. Until then, we are asking that you help us with a few things. First, we would like you to go to our new website at cwhwahoos.swimtopia.com, log in and reset your password.

Second, for the past several years, our concessions have been run by our wonderfully capable volunteer, Melanie Diamond. Melanie’s daughter Susannah is graduating and we need somebody to head up concessions. If you are interested in this position (or being part of this committee), please contact Debbie Knight at [email protected]. We are so grateful for all the hard work Melanie has poured into this position.

Crestwood’s bonfire has been rescheduled for 5/12 at 5:30pm so you can visit with our head coach Parker Miles and be introduced to our assistant coach Francesca Grill. Coach Franny is a student at UTK, has several years coaching experience for other leagues, and currently works as a swim instructor at the Davis YMCA!

This year, in addition to offering corporate sponsorships for T-shirts, we are also offering family sponsorships. A donation of $100 will add your family’s name to our T-shirt and help support our team!

We are also in need of stroke and turn officials. If you are interested in attending a clinic to get certified for a position, please contact Jill Richards at [email protected].
