Hello Wahoos!

We hope everyone is having a wonderful Memorial Day weekend. Tomorrow is the day you have been waiting for... the first day of swim practice! We are looking forward to seeing everyone and getting ready for a great summer season. Below is some important information everyone needs to be aware of. 

PRACTICE SCHEDULE - Monday - Friday 

13-18                          8:00-9:45 am 

9-12                            9:30-10:45 am 

8 & under (feeders)    10:30-11:15 am

There is also an evening practice Monday-Thursday from 6:30-7:30 pm (time subject to change) for those who miss morning practice or who want an extra practice. Please note that evening practice is only for independent swimmers.

TEAM INFORMATION All team information and announcements will be sent to everyone via email and will be posted on the official team facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/CrestwoodHillsWahoos/. Please go to our website at https://cwhwahoos.swimtopia.com/ to get more information and swim meet dates.

SWIMMER'S EAR PREVENTION A great way to prevent swimmer's ear is by using prevention drops after every swim. You can buy "SwimEar" or "Auro-Dri" at the store or use a homemade solution of 1/2 91% Alcohol and 1/2 white vinegar. The alcohol dries out the water and the vinegar keeps the area acidic to combat bacteria.

REGISTRATION Please remember that every swimmer must be completely registered before they can attend practice. No one will be allowed in the pool if their registration is not complete. You are welcome to pay online when you register (easiest) or give a check to board member the first day of practice. If you have any questions, please let us know. One of us will be at each practice this week to collect checks and answer any questions. If you have any questions before then, please let us know.
