Dear Wahoo Parents,

Crestwood Swim Team Parents - Please forgive the extra emails today! 

In the past, parents have been required to print off various forms (Concussion, Cardiac Arrest, Emergency Contact, etc) before their child could get into the pool. This year, the system has changed and we only need you to complete the forms online as you register your child. By checking these boxes and completing them online, you are now free from having to submit the forms to us as hardcopies. We have had some questions about this and wanted to clarify for everyone's sake. If you have any further questions, please let us know.
