Dear Wahoos, 

We wanted to make everyone aware of a new Swimtopia feature we will be using that might make everyone's lives easier. Swimtopia's ALERT feature allows us to send out brief text-type alerts directly to your smart phones if you have the Swimtopia app downloaded. This feature will be very helpful in case of rain delays, cancelled practices, etc. as we had last week. In order for you to receive these alerts, you will need to follow these easy steps: 

1. Download the Swimtopia app to your phone. It's free. 

2. Sign into the app with the same username and password you use on your computer. 

3. Go to the settings feature on your smart phone and set your phone up to allow notifications from your Swimtopia app. 

Once you follow these instructions, you should have alerts pop up on your phone when we send them out. If you don't have the app or what to download it, you will automatically receive an email with the same information.
