Dear Crestwood Families,

City Meet is quickly approaching and GKAISA is asking each swim team to collect orders for City Meet t-shirts. A sample of the front of the shirts is included in the attachments below.  The back of each shirt will include the name of each swimmer who swims City Meet each day.  The names are small since there are so many swimmers, but the swimmers love having their names on their shirts. 

To order shirts simply use the link below.  Shirt payments need to be made out the CWH Swim Team and placed in the swim team box in the pool office. The deadline for orders and payments is noon on Friday, July 12th.  Orders must be placed with the form linked below.  If you have any questions, please let us know.  We look forward to seeing everyone at City Meet July 25 - 27 at Allan Jones Aquatic Center!!
