Good Morning Crestwood Families! 

I am so excited to be reaching out to you all because that means summer must be close! This email is going out to all families who were registered last year, so if you are no longer part of our Crestwood Family you can disregard this email. (but know that we miss you!)

As for everyone else, Coach Parker, Coach Allison, and I are all so ready to see everyone's smiling faces again! We are looking forward to having a *somewhat* more normal summer! (We are hopeful that City and Smoky will happen) 

As for the point of this email, I am writing to all parents/swimmers in the 13-14 and 15&O age groups. If your swimmer is not in this age group, don’t worry about reading any further! This year, we want to start a new feeder program. I know we already have a feeder program in place, but we would like to make it a little more official for our helpers. (and pay them!) 

I am looking for any 13 and ups who are interested in working during our feeder group. This would run 5 days a week from 11:00-11:20 for the entire swim season. Based on however many helpers we have that sign up for our program, you will be working anywhere from 2-5 days a week. (we will have a scheduling meeting before summer!) The helpers would get paid based on how many hours they work over the whole summer. The base rate for the workers will be $10 per hour. 

Our plan is to have a meeting with everyone who signs up before the summer begins. At this meeting, we will be happy to answer any other questions that you have, collect your GroupMe information for communication purposes, and collect everyone’s schedule. 

We totally understand that it is summer and everyone travels! If you miss a few weeks, that is totally fine! We truly just want your help whenever you are available. What is important to us is that we have those schedules beforehand, so that we can make sure that everyday is accounted for and we don’t have tons of little feeders with no one to give lessons to them! 

I know that was a lot and I appreciate you taking the time to read through all of this. If you/your swimmer thinks that they are at all interested in this, please respond to me! This is not a complete commitment. It just lets us have a vague idea of how many helpers we may have this summer. Once I have a list compiled, I will send out an email to all those individuals and schedule a meeting. If anyone has any questions, as always, feel free to email or text me! All three of us coaches are beyond excited for summer to begin! Just a few more weeks! (8 weeks to be exact but who's counting)
