Dear Wahoos,

Our first practice is tomorrow, Tuesday, June1st. All swimmers must be registered in order to attend practice.  We will be checking in all swimmers at the gate to make sure that they are registered and that all waivers are signed. If you have a child who is bringing themselves to practice, please make sure their Covid waiver is printed out and signed. 

Please have swimmers bring goggles and a towel. Our team suit is the TYR Phoenix Splice in Navy/Red. It is available for purchase at SwimOutlet.com or Swim and Tri in Bearden. The team suit is not necessary but your child might like to have it for meets. Better quality goggles can be purchased at the same locations as the team suit.

The normal rules regarding rain, thunder, and lightning are followed for both practices and meets. If it rains, practice and meets will continue as scheduled. If thunder or lightning occurs, the pool and deck are cleared according to pool policy for a period of time before swimming can resume. If we know for sure that practices will be canceled because of weather, the coaches will send out a SwimTopia notification. Please download the SwimTopia app and make sure notifications are turned on.
