Thank you for a great first week! We will be having a parent meeting at 11am on Monday for new parents who have questions. If you have questions about volunteering, there are volunteer job descriptions under the ‘manual’ tab on the CWH SwimTopia site.  The Intrasquad meet on Thursday is also a perfect opportunity to learn about volunteer positions.

After the first week, we will transition parents and other swimmers off the deck during practice times.  Please remind your swimmer that it is important for them to leave the pool deck after their practice is over.  You are welcome to ask the coaches for an exception for a few days if you have particular concerns about your swimmer. Every one of our 180 swimmers is precious to us. If you have a younger swimmer, it is important for you to remain at the pool during practice. We need to ensure each swimmer a designated point person that is responsible for their safety out of the water so staff and coaches can focus on their safety and skill development.  Please make sure that you are available to escort your child to the restroom if they have to go during practice; our volunteers have to remain with the swimmers who are in the water.
