Hello Wahoos,

Just a few things to have in mind for Thursday's meet.  This meet, unlike Intrasquad, we will be hosting Gulfwood.  Let's be good hosts.  We want to be a good swim team and good competition but we want to be gracious and kind and the pool that other teams like to come back to. 

Parking

There is no street parking so after the parking lot is full please pull past the office building and park in the field behind the tennis courts. 

 Seating

Creastwood will set up in the big pavillion and on the hill behind the blocks.  Gulfwood will be in the grass between the pool and  the tennis courts.  Please bring tents, camp chairs, and blankets.  You can also bring coolers with food and drink for your family and the Snack Shack will also be open.

The baby pool and tennis courts are off limits for liability reasons and also so that your swimmers are where they need to be.  The clerks cannot be expected to hunt up all the swimmers.  Please ask your people to stay where their clerks can find them.  When swimmers miss their races the team losses points and that is no fun for anyone.  If you bring toys and things for them to do it becomes a fun time with friends.

Remember to write your swimmers name on their shoulder and it also helps to write their events on their arm.

There are still a few volunteer slots open so please sign up if you haven't already.  I know we need one more stroke and turn so if you are certified please take that job.

Also remember to accept or decline for this meet so the coaches can start putting the roster together.  

Please be there at 4:45 so we can begin warm ups at 5pm.
