Are we ready for Jefferson City tomorrow!!!  Please RSVP your swimmers if you have not already done so.  Also I need a few more volunteers for this meet.  Make sure you sign up to help.  The Starter and Stroke and Turn spots need to be filled by certified officials so if you are one of those please take those volunteer positions. 

If you have a senior, we will be doing the senior swim after Medley Relays.  Just so they know.

Make sure you are at the pool for the team picture at 4:30 and warm ups start at 5pm.

Also remember to RSVP for City Meet, the coaches really need that roster.  Also make sure you look at all the information on City Meet and parking.  If you are not getting the e-mails from the coaches and the board about that you can go to the GKAISA website to find it.  We need all monies for t-shirts and parking by Wednesday.

Just a personal note.  I want to thank all the parents who have helped and volunteered this year.  You have all made my job enjoyable and so much easier.  Know I do not take this for granted. After being a swim team parent for 10 years I have experienced all the ages and struggles and understand the effort you all put in.  Thank you so much.
