This year's end-of-season banquet will be held on Sunday, August 1st from 6:00-9:00 p.m. at Crestwood. This year's dinner will be catered by Buddy's Bar-B-Q and served buffet style. The menu is: pulled pork with sauce on the side, smoked chicken breast, baked beans, cole slaw, potato chips, buns, sweet tea, unsweet tea, lemonade, and cupcakes. Afterwards, there will be a time for recognition and awards followed by swimming at the end of the evening. The cost for the event is $15 per guest 10 and up and $12.50 for guests 9 and under. The cost for swimmers is $7. RSVPs are only through the app (under visit website) or website and all costs will be paid through online checkout as you RSVP.

(We realize that some of our swimmers/families have dietary concerns- please RSVP but check ‘no reply’ for the person who will not be eating and tell us who is coming in the comment box).

The deadline to RSVP is 7/26 at 9 am.

Finally, we have had some incredible coaches this year. They have worked tirelessly with our kids at every turn. If you would like to make a donation towards end-of-season coaches' gifts please feel free to do so by giving it to a board member, dropping a check or cash in the swim team box (please designate what it is for), or by Venmo'ing Paul at Paul-Hickman-11. Feel free to bring your own special thank you card, gift, etc. that night as well.
