HELLO!

** Disclaimer: Once again, if you are NOT returning to the team or the pool this season, please know your email address will fall off our list when we close this year's registration. Until then, this is the ONLY way we can make sure we capture all the new folks. 

THIS SATURDAY 5/21 - LOTS OF INFO HERE!

- POOL WORKDAY 1-4. The pool is very close to being ready to open. The pool board would like me to remind you that if you are a pool member and do not attend at least  ONE workday (single, swim team only, family membership, etc) you WILL BE ASSESSED a $25 fee. This is offered as a convenience for people who cannot give up weekend time. The pool would much rather have your time and companionship, but understand how busy life can be sometimes. 5/21 and 5/22 are the final scheduled workdays of the season. If we can get all hands on deck 5/21 we could potentially cancel 5/22, so please prepare accordingly. 

- As our coaches shared last week; we are having a Meet The Coaches Event + Swim Team Sign Up Blitz. This time HAS BEEN MOVED BACK TO 4-6 PM.  So come to the workday and stay for this. BRING SUPPLIES FOR S'MORES!!! 

This event has been set aside as a time for swim team families, especially those with new or young swimmers, to ask questions and feel comfortable with the process prior to the first day of practice (which can be a little wild). Please take advantage of this opportunity. We have another large team this year - GO WAHOOS!

Swim Team Board Members and Pool Board Members will be available to answer questions, process your payments (Venmo or check), and accept signed forms/waivers.  YOU MUST HAVE ALL OF THIS DONE BEFORE YOUR SWIMMER CAN STEP FOOT ON THE POOL DECK ON 5/31- NO EXCEPTIONS. The pool and the swim team are separate entities, so paperwork for each group must be completed. This means when you filled out your swim forms during registration via Swimtopia you will STILL need to complete your pool forms.

- Please follow the Pool AND the Team on Facebook @ Crestwood Hills Pool Members and Crestwood Hills Swim Team.  

- You will continue to receive these newsy emails via Swimtopia. When the season starts we will use the Swimtopia App to communicate weather issues which affect meets and practice as well as other information in real time. So please go ahead and download the App and enable notifications/alerts.
