Dear Crestwood Wahoos,

I hope this message finds you well! My name is Audrey Faso, and I’ll be your Meet Director for the 2025 season. I’m writing to provide important details for the upcoming Battle of the Bluff swim meet taking place on Friday, June 7th at Gulf Park Pool, located at:

528 Pensacola Rd
Knoxville, TN

✅ RSVP REQUIRED:

Please RSVP for this meet on SwimTopia as soon as possible so we know who will be attending.

Meet Day Info:

• Arrival Time: All swimmers should arrive by 8:30 AM for warm-ups.
• T-shirts: If you pre-ordered meet shirts, they will be available for pickup at the meet.
• Team Area: Visiting teams (including Crestwood) will gather around the playground and grassy area near the tennis courts.

Parking Instructions – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:

Parking at this venue is very limited and must be done strategically. Here are the rules to follow:

🚫 Do NOT park in the lot off Cedar Bluff Rd – this is strictly reserved for staff and emergency vehicles.

✅ Additional parking is available at:

• Tennis courts (please do not double park or block anyone in)
• Street parking (only on our side of the street, and do not block driveways or mailboxes)
• Cedar Bluff Elementary School
• Peace Lutheran Church
  You may need to walk from these areas – please arrive early!

🚗 Carpooling is strongly encouraged.

Volunteer Requirement:

We need volunteers to help run the meet. As a reminder, all families signed an agreement to participate in volunteer duties during the season. I will be opening up the volunteer sign-up shortly—please make sure to sign up and help us make this event run smoothly.

Meet Prep Reminders:

• Clearly write your swimmer’s name and age on their shoulder.
• Write event numbers on their arms.
• Concessions will be available with breakfast-type food. CASH ONLY will be accepted.
