Hi Swim Families,

We’re looking forward to a great meet tonight, but we still need a few more volunteers to make sure everything runs smoothly. Specifically, we’re in need of:

• 1 Jump Judge
• 1 Grill Helper
• Several Snack Shack Helpers

If your family hasn’t signed up for a job yet, please consider jumping in. With so many wonderful parents on our team, there’s no reason these roles should go unfilled.

Volunteering is simply part of being on a swim team, and we truly rely on each other to make meets successful. You’ll absolutely still have the opportunity to step away and watch your children swim—we’ll make sure of it.

Our meet today should be on your SWIMTOPIA APP around 2pm, this is where you will find your child's events.  Events also will be printed and posted on the pavilion at the meet tonight.  

Spirit wear will be distributed during this morning’s practices. If you’re unable to make it, no worries—it will also be available for pickup at the meet this evening.  Everyone will have the same shirt so to limit lost items please write your swimmers name on their gear ASAP.
