We are thrilled to host another swim meet this Tuesday, June 17, at Crestwood! Please read this entire message to ensure you don’t miss any important details.

As the host team, it’s essential that we show respect and kindness to all athletes, coaches, volunteers, and spectators. Let’s lead with great sportsmanship and team spirit!

📸 Team Photo – Arrive Early!

• Arrival Time: 4:20 PM
• Team Photo: 4:30 PM sharp
• What to Wear: Your NEW team shirt (we’ll change into jerseys after the photo)

🏊 Meet Info – Crestwood vs. National Fitness Center

• Date: Tuesday, June 17
• Location: Crestwood
• Theme: Jersey Night – Show your team spirit by wearing your favorite team jersey after our team photo
• Warm-Ups: 5:00 PM
• Workers' Meeting: 5:45 PM
• Meet Starts: 6:00 PM

✅ RSVP & Volunteer Info

• Swimmers need to RSVP, Deadline: Monday, June 16 at 12:00 PM (Noon)
• Volunteers Needed: Every family must have at least one volunteer. We cannot run the meet without your help. Sign-ups are open now – thank you!

🏕 Team Area

We’ll be set up near the large pavilion and grassy area behind the diving boards.
Bring chairs, tents, and anything else to help your family stay comfortable during the meet!

🍔 Concessions & Treats

• The Snack Shack will be open with burgers, hot dogs, and snacks
• Water Ice n’ Thangz is back with their delicious cold treats

🧭 Clerk of Course & Swimmer Responsibilities

• Swimmer Staging Behind the Swim Blocks:
  • 🔴 Red Flag: 8 & Under
  • ⚪ White Flag: 9–10
  • 🔵 Blue Flag: 11–12

13 & Over Swimmers:
You are responsible for getting yourself to the clerk of course on time. There will be no clerk to track you down – please stay alert and aware of the meet schedule.
Parents: Please talk with your older swimmers about this so no events are missed.
