Dear Swim Families,

I hate to have to send this but here I am. We are reaching out with an urgent request for volunteer help at tomorrow’s meet. With fewer athletes attending, we are significantly short on volunteers and need additional support to ensure the meet runs smoothly.

While your board members already dedicate countless hours behind the scenes to make everything happen, they are also stepping up to help during meets—even though they are not required to. We truly need everyone's help.

If you are attending the meet tomorrow, please sign up for at least one shift—ideally two. Your participation is vital to making the meet a success for all swimmers.

As a reminder, here is the Volunteer Agreement you agreed to upon registering:

Volunteer Agreement
Each family with one or two swimmers is required to volunteer for at least 1 shift per meet. Each family with 3 or more swimmers is required to volunteer for at least 2 shifts per meet. This can be split between moms, dads, grandparents, siblings, etc. Contact us if you have prohibitive circumstances as there are some jobs that do not have to occur during the meet. As always, we truly appreciate those families who give more than what is required—it's how we are able to have such amazing meets!

We know it's summer and schedules are full, but our swimmers need your support. Please take a moment to sign up and help where you can. Every shift makes a difference.
