City Meet Assignments & Worker Sign-Ups – Mandatory Coverage Required

Dear Team,
We have received our assignments for the upcoming City Meet, and sign-ups are now open. It is mandatory that all shifts are covered to avoid fees and penalties for any uncovered roles.
Please note the Check-in Table is located between the two Clerk of Course tents. It is critical that all workers check in during their assigned check-in times to help keep the meet running smoothly and on schedule.
Thursday Worker Information
Worker Meeting: 2:10 PM
- Session 1
- Check-in: 1:30–2:00 PM
- Work Shift: 3:00–5:00 PM
- Session 2
- Check-in: 4:25–4:45 PM
- Work Shift: 5:00 PM–End of Meet
Friday Worker Information
Worker Meeting: 8:10 AM
- Session 1
- Check-in: 7:30–8:00 AM
- Work Shift: 9:00–11:30 AM
- Session 2
- Check-in: 11:00–11:20 AM
- Work Shift: 11:30 AM–End of Meet
Saturday Worker Information
Worker Meeting: 9:50 AM
- Session 1
- Check-in: 9:10–9:40 AM
- Work Shift: 10:30 AM–1:45 PM
- Session 2
- Check-in: 1:10–1:30 PM
- Work Shift: 1:45 PM–End of Meet
Important Note for Timer Shifts
If you sign up for a timer shift, there will be a mandatory Timers Meeting on Wednesday evening via Teams.
- All timers and head timers for all sessions are required to attend.
- Meeting time and link will be sent out by email.
