A word from one of our swimmers:

Dear Wahoo Families,

I hope you are all having an amazing summer and swim season! Many of you know me as a lifeguard, swimmer, or friend to your littles through Feeders and swim meets. I have been swimming at Crestwood for almost 10 years. I’ve grown up here, and this pool has been a huge part of my life!

As I enter my senior year at Bearden High School, I am wrapping up my Girl Scout Gold Award project, The Ripple Effect, which culminates in the installation of an Elkay water bottle refilling station at our pool. My project goals are to give back to a community that has given me so much, enact community impact by reducing use of single use plastics within our community, and bring about global change through education.

I have secured more than 50% of the cost needed to purchase and install the fill station, and I would really appreciate your support to help me raise the rest! Any donation, big or small, is helpful and very appreciated!

2. Cash in a labeled envelope placed in the Pool Office Drop Box.
