While I have a few minutes sitting at Smoky Mountain Invitational Day 1, I wanted to send out several important reminders and upcoming event details as we head into the final weeks of our season.

13+ Tubing Trip – July 17 | RSVP & Payment Due Monday

For our 13+ swimmers, tubing RSVPs and payment are due by Monday.

Tubing will take place on Friday, July 17, following the completion of all morning practice sessions. Swimmers should plan to meet at River Rat at 12:30 PM.

Everyone will be responsible for arranging their own transportation, so please coordinate rides with fellow swimmers and families.

The tubing company will not send us waivers until our payment is complete, so please be sure to:

Following tubing, our annual 13+ Pool Lock-In will take place at Crestwood Hills beginning at 10:00 PM.

City Meet RSVP & Parking Passes

If you have not RSVP'd for City Meet, please do so as soon as possible. Registration closes Monday.

We also need to purchase parking passes by Monday.

12 & City Meet Pep Rally – Tuesday July 21

Time: 5:00–8:00 PM
Location: Crestwood Hills Pool – Top Pavilion

All CWH 12U Swim Team members will receive free admission to the pool. Any additional swimmers will need to pay the regular guest fee of $7 per swimmer.

We'll be making posters, painting nails, enjoying time together, and building team spirit as we prepare for City Meet!

A sign-up for supplies will be posted on SwimTopia. Please consider contributing items to help make this event a success. It takes all of us working together to create a memorable experience for our swimmers.

Please note: Per pool policy, all swimmers under age 12 must have adult supervision while on the pool premises. Parents are responsible for ensuring their swimmers are appropriately supervised throughout the event.

13+ Pasta Dinner – July 22

Location: Cleland Family Home

A huge thank you to Brennan and the Cleland family for hosting our 13+ swimmers!

This will be a swimmer-run event. A contribution of $5 per swimmer will be collected to help purchase supplies.

Special thanks to Sammy Randall and Logan Collins, who have volunteered to organize the event and collect payments.

We are excited to continue this tradition and send our older swimmers into City Meet week with great food, great friends, and plenty of team spirit.

End-of-Season Banquet

Saturday, July 18th Stroke and Turn session will be rescheduled. Updated email will be sent when details have been established.

Please continue to show respect and kindness to ALL.  We are looking forward to finishing the season strong and making some great memories together over the next few weeks.
