It's hard to believe we've reached the final stretch of the season! We have several exciting events coming up as we prepare for City Meet and celebrate another fantastic year together. Please read through the reminders below and make note of the important deadlines.
Monday, July 20
🏅 Feeder Graduations
Following Monday morning practice
Monday will be our feeder swimmers' final practice of the season, and we'd love to celebrate all of their hard work and accomplishments!
I encourage swimmers of all ages to stay after practice and help cheer on our youngest Wahoos as they graduate from the feeder program and complete the "Feeder Open"
🎬 12 & Under Movie Day July 20th at 4:15pm
We're excited to bring back this fun team tradition! Please purchase your tickets and join the coaches and your teammates for this fun event!

🍝 13+ Pasta Dinner Payment Due
If your swimmer plans to attend the 13+ Pasta Dinner on Wednesday, please make sure to get your $5 contribution to Sammy Randall or Logan Collins by Monday, July 20.
🍽️ End-of-Season Banquet RSVP Deadline
Please RSVP for the banquet no later than Monday, July 20 at 3:00 PM.
Crestwood Hills covers the cost of each athlete's banquet meal.
If your family has any food allergies or dietary accommodations, please email [email protected] by July 20.
Tuesday, July 21
🎉 12 & Under City Meet Pep Rally
Time: 5:00–8:00 PM
Location: Crestwood Hills Pool – Top Pavilion
All CWH 12 & Under swimmers will receive free admission to the pool. Additional swimmers are welcome but will need to pay the regular $7 guest fee.
We'll be making posters, painting nails, enjoying time together, and building team spirit as we prepare for City Meet!
Please sign up on SwimTopia to bring supplies. It truly takes all of us working together to create a memorable experience for our swimmers.
Reminder: Per pool policy, all swimmers under the age of 12 must have adult supervision while on the pool premises. Parents are responsible for ensuring their swimmers are appropriately supervised throughout the event.
Wednesday, July 22
🍝 13+ Pasta Dinner
Time: 5:00 PM
Location: Cleland Family Home
A huge thank you to Brennan and the Cleland family for hosting our 13+ swimmers!
This will be a swimmer-run event, and we're grateful to Sammy Randall and Logan Collins for organizing everything and collecting payments.
We're excited to continue this tradition and send our older swimmers into City Meet week with great food, great friends, and plenty of Wahoo spirit!
City Meet

As we wrap up another incredible season, I simply want to say thank you. The hard work, dedication, sportsmanship, and team spirit displayed by our swimmers has been amazing to watch.
Please continue to encourage one another, show kindness and respect to everyone, and finish these final weeks representing Crestwood Hills with pride.
