We are so excited to celebrate another fantastic swim season with all of you at our end-of-season banquet! However, we need to clarify some things. 

To help us plan a great event, please RSVP for every person who plans to attend. Our venue charges us per person, regardless of whether someone plans to eat. Every guest requires seating and accommodations, so everyone who attends must be included in our final headcount.

If you RSVP that someone is attending, they will be included in the banquet cost. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests who have not been included in the RSVP, as we must provide the venue with a final attendance count in advance.

The good news is that the venue is happy to accommodate most dietary restrictions and food allergies. If anyone in your party has dietary needs, please include them with your RSVP so we can make the necessary arrangements.
