Hello everyone,

We  have our first dual meet this coming Thursday night and have some concession needs.  I really appreciate all of you who contributed items (and money) for our Intrasquad meet!  Now that we have a visiting team, we will need more supplies.  Our list of needs is below (I can also take cash, if you would rather not shop yourself).  I will put the sign up sheet under the small pavilion tomorrow.  You can also contact me by my cell (567-0349).

Cokes  (12oz)  2  cases

Diet Cokes  ( 12 oz)  1 or 2 cases

Sprite  ( 12 oz)  3 cases

Root Beer  ( 12 oz0  1 case

Mountain Dew  ( 12oz) 1 case

Gatorades  ( 20 oz) the large ones  Large case from Sam;s or several 8 packs .  Variety packs.  Need 3 large ones.

Water  Name brand only

Hamburger Patties ( from Sam's Club) 2 cases

Hamburger  Buns  ( 12 ct)  Need about 6

Hotdog  Buns  ( (12ct)  Need about 4-5

Plain Potato Chips  4 extra large bags

Barbecue Bags  4 extra large bags

Condiment pack;  Ketchup, Mustard, Relish    Need 2 packs

Plate of lettuce, tomatoes, onion  to be sliced to hamburger    Need several

Large pack of American cheese slices  2

Puppy chow  in individual baggies

Fruit  ( grapes or watermelon chunks,etc) in baggies

 

Large cooler full of ice for drinks
