Dear Wahoos,

Please take the time to look at the volunteer list for Tuesday night's meet. We really need some concession stand worker and someone to clerk for 8 and under boys. It will be a good night to learn jobs and shadow people if you're new to swimming. We are excited about our meet, but it's a team effort to run one!! Also remember to sign up for donating to the concession stand. Each of us bring a small donation helps tremendously to make money for the team. 

If anyone is able to do Stroke and Turn certification Monday night at Holston Hills, please let me know!! I'm going to that one myself, and we need more people certified!! Thanks for considering this!

**As we now get into our 3rd week of practice, the coaches will start getting into some different drylands practices. Starting Monday, swimmers should have running shoes for practice.
