Banquet
Deadline for Banquet RSVP is WEDNESDAY!!  Due to a flaw in the website's RSVP system, most families are only rsvp'd for ONE ADULT.  We need everyone to please log-in and verify that you Banquet RSVP is correct AND drop off your payment in the Hickman folder at the pool. All payments need to be accompanied by the family name and total attending. All 12 & up should be counted as an adult($10).  All ages 5-11 should be counted as a child ($7).
Coaches gifts can be included in your banquet payment. Lets show our coaches how much we appreciate all they have done.

Slideshow
Thomas Knight has volunteered to put together a slideshow for the banquet.  He needs YOUR photos!  You can put LABELED jump drives or CD's in the Knight folder at the pool, or upload your photos to a sharing site (such as Shutterfly) and send him a link to your directory at [email protected]
He needs photos ASAP in order to get something together by Sunday.

Pasta Parties - Thursday
12 & under Potluck pasta party will take place at the pool for lunch. Bring your favorite pasta/pizza to share and your own drinks.   13 & up pasta party is at 6pm at the Vaigneur's home, 11313 Berry Hill Drive.
Check with seniors at practice for details.  $5 per person give to Ryan Knight.

City Meet
We still need workers for Friday and Saturday.  See Volunteer sign-up under City Meet on calendar.  
Shifts are 9am-11am. 11am-1pm, 1pm-end.
11& ups  Friday, be at pool by 7:25am, first shift workers meeting 8:20
10 & under Saturday, be at pool by 7:25am, first shift workers meeting 8:20
Finals on Sunday, be at pool by 7:20am    Make sure to check standings. Relays often make it back to finals.
Our tent is in the same location up grass hill between SAC & Allen Jones. Map attached.
Remember there is NO ONSITE PARKING this year. Please allow extra time to unload, park, and ride shuttle. You may drop your swimmers off, circle around and proceed to the Metron where you catch a shuttle bus back to the pool. Map attached.  
Don't forget to pay $2 per swimmer to Elisa Hickman for shuttle/parking.  This fee applies to ALL swimmers entered into City Meet.  The team has already paid this fee on your behalf.
