The 2016 Swim Banquet will be:
Sunday July 31,2016
7:00 pm at

Grace Lutheran Church on Middlebrook Pike
The Event will be catered by El Charro

The cost for the event is as follows:
4 and under free
5-11 years  $7
12 and up $10

Families with swimmers 10 and under are asked to bring brownies and cookies to share. Families with swimmers 11 and up are asked to bring drinks, soft drinks, or lemonade.  

If at all possible please RSVP and pay for the banquet by Monday July 25,2016.
The final day, as stated in a previous email, to RSVP and pay, is Wednesday July 27.

We will also be collecting money for coaches gifts.
These donations can be placed in same envelope and designated on front. 

Preferred payment is cash given to Elisa Hickman, Audrey Brown or placed in the Hickman folder under the small pavilion. If you must pay by check please make payable to Crestwood Hills Swim team and  memo "Banquet". 
All payments should be placed in envelopes with names attending.
