Reminder.. no practice on Monday, 7/18.  Rest up and get ready for a busy two weeks!

There are 52 swimmers that have not RSVP'ed for City Meet.  We must turn in our entry estimates on Wednesday, 7/20.
Please RSVP for City Meet by Tuesday at midnight. If there is any doubt in your mind that you will not make it, please do not RSVP "YES." 

City Meet T-shirt orders (image attached) are also due this Wednesday.  Shirts are $15.  
Look for a Google form for this order on Monday.  
We will need those responses by Tuesday at midnight as well.

City Meet Parking:  Good news.. we don't have to buy parking passes this year.  Bad news.. We can't park near pool, and we are being charged $2 per swimmer to cover shuttle costs.  More details on location to come.  You may give any board member your $2/swimmer parking fee.

Tuesday 7/19       practice as usual, City Meet RSVP & T-shirt order deadline, RSVP for Fox Den
Wednesday 7/20  Volunteer sign-up deadline for Fox Den
Thursday 7/21     Fox Den meet at home.  Team photo before meet. Arrive at 4:20.  Individual photos before.
Friday  7/22         practice as usual
Saturday  7/23     RSVP/volunteer for West Side Y meet.  If your status has changed since the first attempt, you must update.
Monday  7/25       West Side Y meet at West Side Y.  Arrive at 5pm.
Tues-Wed 7/26-27       Practice as usual
Thursday 7/28    Practice, 12&under pasta party at pool for lunch, 13&up pasta party at Vaigneur's at 6pm
​Friday 7/29        City Meet  11&up swimmers
Saturday 7/30    City Meet   10&under swimmers
Sunday  7/31     City Meet Finals (please note, many relays make finals)

Banquet: We are still trying to secure a location for the banquet.  It will be either Sunday, 7/31 after City Meet finals or Monday, 8/1 at 6:30pm.  We hope to have a definite plan in the next few days.
