Thanks so all that have signed up to work.  We still have a couple of slots left, and I know that a few people are still hoping to split their shift up with someone.  

Please keep in mind that we have paid a $10 entry fee for each swimmer in Smoky (It will be more for City Meet.)  While we understand that emergencies are unavoidable, when you pull swimmers out after the entry deadline, not only are we forfeiting the entry fees, but the other swimmers on their relays lose the chance to swim.  This creates a lot of stress for the coaches and affected swimmers and their parents.  If you have an emergence and cannot be there, let Parker know asap.

Times to arrive each day:
​SMI AGES 11+ Saturday, July 16th.  Be there no later than 7:30 am.  Crestwood will warmup in lanes 2 & 3.   Psych sheet and entries by swimmer attached.

SMI AGES 10 AND UNDER: Sunday, July 17th.  Be there no later than 7:15 am. Crestwood will warmup in lanes 2 & 3.

Our team tent is in the same location as previous years. Look for tent in the corner of the fence closest to the church.

For any new to Smoky, concessions are available, but many choose to take coolers with food for the day. Since it is SO hot, make sure to take plenty to drink.  Some choose to leave to visit a local restaurant and cool off when they have a stretch with no events. Chairs are also needed since you will be at the meet most of the day. Younger kids like to spread out on blankets. 

If the weather should turn bad, the meet organizers may send everyone to their cars.  When we do have rain, it tends to get pretty sloppy.  Pack accordingly. 

We will NOT have practice Monday, July 18th.
