You should plan to report 15 min before the scheduled shift change (i.e. 8:45, 10:45, 12:45) for a workers meeting to get your armbands and instructions.  These meetings have been held by a small tent near the clerk of course entrance behind the pool.  Please be on time for these worker meetings.
