It is time for the End of Season Swim Banquet!

DATE:Sunday July 26 , 2015

PLACE:West Hills Presbyterian Church 

7600 Bennington in the FAC building. 

TIME: 6:00pm

COST: $10 per person **

Food provided by Gondeliers and includes an Italian Buffet

RSVP deadline is Monday 7/20 midnight. You can RSVP to this email or text me at 865-414-2522. 

ALL MONEY must be placed in the Hickman folder, under the small pavilion, no later than 3pm on Thursday 7/23 

  I WILL NOT accept any money at City Meet.  There is just to much going on at that time.  PLEASE NOTE MONEY MUST BE RECEIVED BY

 THURSDAY 7/23 FOR RESERVATION TO BE CONFIRMED

Families with children 11 and under will need to bring cookies or brownies to share. Families with children 12 and up will need to bring a 2 liter soda or gallon of ice tea.

When RSVP is made please let me know the # each of  adults, teens and children 9 and older and , children under 8 attending so that I can  order an adequate amount of food.

We  work very hard to keep the price of the Banquet affordable.   Beacause of this I need your help providing dessert and drinks.

**If the price is a hardship for ANYONE please contact me and we will discuss on an individual basis.  We want to make every opportunity for  EVERYONE to have the ability to atttend. Please don't let cost deter you from attending.  We will work with you.
