The end of the season is sadly here, and it's time to prepare for City Meet. I have attached the entries that we have submitted (City Meet Entry Report) and the entry proof that was return to me (crestwood entries). Please check these against each other for you own children! It only takes a minute or two, and helps make sure I didn't overlook anything. We'd really appreciate it! All entry corrections become final after 12:00pm (Noon) tomorrow, Monday, July 19th. 

A few last things. . .

• If you would like to order a team picture that was taken last Thursday before the meet, Tracie Ancelet will have forms at the pool. The order form is also attached if you'd like to fill  it out in advance. Pictures will be delivered at the team banquet. 
• If you are missing ribbons from event #54 on, they will be placed in your folder ASAP. There was a printing error.
• If you ordered a parking pass for city meet, it is in your swimmer folder at the pool.
• Please remember to pay Elisa Hickman $10/person by this Wednesday for the end of season banquet that is this Sunday at 6pm. Please don't let money be a deterrent! Talk to her about money, we will work it out.
• There are 3 remaining team shirts for sale - Youth small, adult small, adult large - $10 each. Contact Nanci Allen (865) 258-9442 if interested.
