As in years past, city meet shirts have to be ordered in advance, and also parking passes can be ordered for Friday and Saturday. A picture of the shirt is on the order form. If you would like to place an order:

1. Print out the order form
2. Fill out the information on the order form as desired,
3. Attach a check made out to Crestwood Hills Swim Team,
4. Place in the swim team folder for Caroline Allen by NOON 7/14.

A single order will be placed with GKAISA for the forms and checks placed into the folder by the deadline.
