Please arrive tonight by 4:40pm for warmups. I have attached the final entry report for the NSY meet tonight. I have also attached the heat sheet for parents to write down for their kids in advance. Hopefully this will save me the inevitable question from some... This will also be posted on the pillars of the large pavilion. Remember the theme for tonight is Medieval! 

Additionally, just a reminder that we will be doing the favorite Weigel's Run tomorrow for practice. So come prepared with running shoes, water, and 75 cents for an icee! Parent runners are still welcome to join for the 9:30am practice. The 8:00am practice will be pushed back to 8:30am for extra sleep, so we expect to see everyone there!
