Our meet against the Peninsula Club is Tuesday, 6/23.  

Please sign up for your volunteer job as soon as possible.  We have lots of open jobs.  Remember, every family is required to work at least one shift per meet.  I have attached the worker list as of 11am Monday.  Please verify any shifts for which you have already signed up.  I have a couple that may/may not be duplicates.  I need to know if asap if these are incorrect.

Please plan to arrive by 5:15pm and allow extra time for travel and parking. This pool is nice but parking is tight.  Carpooling would be a good idea if possible. Here are the tips provided by the P-club meet director:

*Pool address is 2222 Houser Rd, Knoxville, TN 37919

*We have 2 parking lots at our pool, but they fill fast. Parking is also available on Neilwoods Road across the street from the entrance to the club. You may want to encourage carpooling…. 

*We will have concessions available with healthy options for dinner (Chick-fil-a was a big hit last year! We will also be selling pizza by the slice) 

*We have a place for your team on the entrance side of the pool under a pergola (it offers a little bit of shade, but no way to set up a tent).  You may be able to set up a tent at the end of the pool near the kiddie pool.

*Spectators will need to bring their own chairs.  We have some seating but the chairs fill up quickly.
