Hi All... This Saturday we will be having two fun team events! Please see details below, as well as info about our stroke and turn clinic held today and Monday-Wednesday next week. There is a lot of info below, please read through it all!

THE COVE: The 13+ age group will be meeting at The Cove out in Farragut at 11AM.  Please bring a dessert, veggie tray, chips and dip, or fruit for everyone to share.  Also bring swimsuit, a towel, sunscreen, and volleyball/basketball/football/frisbee, etc.

HOW TO TRAIN YOUR DRAGON 2: The 12&Unders will be meeting at the Carmike Wynnsong 16 beside Lowes (200 North Peters Rd 37923) for a fun group movie.  Family and friends are welcome too.  Please get there around 3:10PM so we can be sure to get seats together for the 3:30 showing!  Children's tickets are $7.50 and adult tickets are $8.  Feeder volunteers and any 13+ who wish to join us are welcome!

SWIM CLINICS: We had a great turnout for our breastroke clinic last night!  It isn't too late to join, the sign-up sheet is posted under the small pavilion so you can either sign up for the remaining four or pick and choose a couple which you want additional practice with.  Today will be our backstroke clinic, Monday will be butterfly, Tuesday will be freestyle, and Wednesday we will work on starts and turns!  Clinics will run from 5:30-6:30, and regular evening practice will be from 6:30-7:30.  Hope to see you there! Prices posted on signup sheets.

PASTA PARTY: Another fun Crestwood Hills tradition is our 13+ pasta party the night before City Meet!  The senior boys will be cooking dinner for everyone (Coach Ben and Coach Caleb will be providing additional details so please ask).  There will be salad, pasta, bread, dessert... the whole nine yards!  Get excited!  5:30 PM start time, and address is 10609 Kincer Farms Dr. 37922.  Please bring $6 cash.

DINNER AFTER BFST MEET: The team will be going to Sonic off Kingston Pike across from Bearden High School and in front of Books-A-Million after the BFST meet. Please join the team as this is our last duel meet for the season, and would love to have as many people there as possible enjoying half-priced milkshakes!
