Hi Team,

I can hardly believe we are already turning in lineups for our first of two championship swim meets!  Here are the entries for Smoky Mountain Invite as well as updated entries for Jefferson City.  Please look over both and email me ASAP with any questions/comments as we will be sending entries in first thing Wednesday morning at [email protected].

JEFFERSON CITY: We expect this meet to be very close, so get ready to swim fast and have fun!  This meet is away, please be sure to allow adequate time to get to the pool by 5:15PM for stretching and prep, we will be in the water promptly at 5:30PM.

SUMMER OLYMPICS(FUN DAY): Although we typically have fun the day after a swim meet, we will be postponing our fun day to Thursday since this will be our last practice of the week.  Be sure to bring sneakers, water, and a change of clothes.  Thank you to the Randall family for providing pancakes, and for the Huddy family in helping prepare!  Pancakes and syrup were a big hit at our last fun day.

4TH OF JULY PRACTICE SCHEDULE: Thursday PM and Friday AM practices canceled for 4th of July!  Have a safe and fun week everyone!  I want everyone burn and accident free on Monday : )

ADULT SWIM: Really excited to get three new adult swimmers at our practice this morning... we had a full pool!

SWIMMER COACHING VOLUNTEERS: Just want to say a special thank you to all the swimmers who are coming even with injuries and helping coach, others staying after practice, and another thank you to all of our wonderful feeder coaches!  Our new swimmers are really progressing, and this is in big part because of all of the love and energy you have been investing in each other!
