We are coming up on the Smoky Mountain Invitational meet in a couple of weeks. In preparation for that the coaches are required to submit our entries by July 1st. That means we really need all families to go to the swim meets page on our site, http://cwhwahoos.swim-team.us/ and RSVP your swimmers, immediately! It takes a long time for them to prepare the lineup for this meet. While you are there, please RSVP for all remaining meets.

It also helps us predict how we are doing financially for the season, as it costs $8/swimmer to enter the Smoky Mountain Invitational, and $10/swimmer to enter the GKAISA City Championship meet. So, please help out your coaches and go to the swim meets page and enter your RSVP responses!
