Hope everyone is excited and resting up for our first home meet tonight!

*** IMPORTANT Parking Info ***
We try to leave our front parking lot available for our visiting teams.  We ask that Wahoo families park in the grass BEHIND the tennis courts.  You are welcome to stop at the gate to unload on your way to the back.  

*** Volunteer Information ***
If you have not signed up for a job, you will have the opportunity to sign-up when you arrive at the meet tonight.  Each family should check-in at the desk when you arrive. 

At each home meet we have 70+ jobs to fill.  While we have asked that each family fill one shift per meet, with less than 50 families and vacations, that means that some families will have to work 2 or more shifts per meet.  Our online sign-up system closes the day before our meets so that our Volunteer Coordinators can begin to "manually" fill jobs. All of our meets are online now, so you can sign-in/out your swimmers and all of your volunteer jobs for the entire season. 

*** Weather ***
Just like practice, we do proceed with swim meets unless there is thunder/lightning.  Hopefully any storms will pass in time to get the meet started on time at 6pm.
