Hi Parents: Thank you to everyone's participation at the car wash this weekend.  For those of you who were unable to attend our parent coaches meeting this past Saturday before the car wash, here are the points we covered, broken down by category.  Please come talk to us if you have any questions!  Thanks, Coach Brittany

INTRASQUAD MEET THURSDAY: As this is our first practice meet, a grace period will be given to those who have not already signed up for Thursday's Blue and Red meet.  Deadline has been extended until the end of the day on Monday.

PRACTICE AND MEET EXPECTATIONS: We ask all swimmers get to the pool 15 minutes prior to start time in order to stretch, socialize, go over any pertinent team announcements, and prepare to have a focused practice.  We expect all swimmers to come to five practices per week whenever possible, and will be running an evening practice from 6-7PM for swimmers who couldn't make morning workouts as well as those wishing to get additional help on a particular skill.

PRACTICE CANCELATIONS: In the event of bad weather, the decision to cancel a practice will be posted on the team website at least 30 minutes prior to start time.

SWIM MEETS: Meet sign-ups deadline of five business days for all dual meets and two weeks in advance for championship meets.

FUN DAY FOOD:  We are asking for two families per swim meet to volunteer their time and resources to provide drinks and donuts/snacks during the "fun day" swim practice (9:15 - 11:15 commitment) following each of our meets this season.  Your generosity is greatly appreciated in rewarding swimmers after meets and making the swim season extra memorable!  A big thank you to the Jernigan family for providing food this upcoming Friday!!!  We are still looking for a family to provide drinks, please contact Coach Brittany about helping contribute!

PRIVATE LESSONS: Coaches will be available after morning practice and in the evenings to work one-on-one with swimmers.  Pricing for lessons are as follows: $25 for a 30 minute lesson, four for $20 each, and a first time lesson special of $15 per coach.
