The Wahoo Swim Banquet is fast approaching and I need your help!! 

1. I need at 8-10 people to meet me at the church at 3:30 on Sunday to help me set up the tables. We have close to 225 people attending the banquet which means a lot of tables and chairs need to be set up. We are not paying for Fellowship to do this so it is up to us. PLEASE HELP!!
2. I will also need people to help breakdown the room once we are done
3. If you have notified me that you are bringing cookies or brownies THANK YOU but we still need more. Anyone that can help out please do. Make sure you have your items on plates ready to serve.
4. PLEASE if you made a reservation and have not paid please make sure you give the money to myself or Rob Waite ASAP!!

We will begin promptly at 6:30 pm at Fellowship church on Middlebrook Pike. When you arrive at the church please follow the signs for parking. Once you enter you may begin going through the buffet which means lines. We will bless the food once a majority of people are seated.
