SMI 2013 INFO

The meet will begin each day at 8:45.  On Saturday(11& up), the anticipated finish is 7:35.  Sunday(10& under) is expected to finish by 4:30.

The price for spectator swim is $5 per session.  There is a limit of 150 swimmers per session.  Once wristbands are sold out for a session, they cannot sell more for that session. There will be 5 sessions. (1 ½ hours each).  1 wristband per person.  

T-shirts are being handled by Label Industries.  They have designed and will sell SMI T-shirts this year.  The cost is 15.00 per shirt and up.  In addition, they will have other items for sale. 

You may bring coolers and food.  Many families like to find a couple hours where they have a break in events and leave to go to a local (air conditioned) restaurant to relax and cool off.  Panera will be at SMI selling breakfast items each day.  The Parks and Recreation Dept. will have the concession stands open with food as well.  Swim and Tri will also be selling items as well.

They have suggested that we bring tarps for the ground in our tent since the ground is still quite soggy from the rains last week.

PLEASE make sure that all workers are in place and ready at their specified times!

Heat sheets and highlighters will be for sale at the information booth.

We will have team caps available for $3 if you need to purchase another cap.

Also for $1.00 you are able to send “Smoky Signals”. You can pay 1.00 and have an announcement made encouraging your team or your swimmer.  A form can be found at the information booth, or in the heat sheet.
