Hi Parents. If you are receiving this email, you have not yet replied online for the Concord Hills meet on Thursday. It is very simple and will only take about 2-3 minutes of your time, but it will make setting up the meets much easier for the coaches and meet director. 

Please click the website below. On the left hand side, you will see "SWIM MEETS". Click that button, then you will see a list of all the meets. For each meet you will see on the right a V button (Volunteer) and an RSVP button.  Click the RSVP button, then enter your email address. (the one that you rec'd this email at). It will bring up all the swimmers in your family, and then you can reply yes or no for each one. Then click "SAVE" at the bottom.

The great thing about this is if you already know dates that your children are out of town, you can go ahead and respond for all meets at one time. The process for volunteering for each meet is completed in the same way, so you can do that too and you don't have to worry about it again for the rest of the summer!
