If you weren't able to come to swim team registration, here is what you need to do:

To register for swim team you need to:

1. Register online on this site- there is no paper registration.

2. Pay via pay pal or mail payment to me. Please do not mail cash If you really need to pay with cash, contact me and I will arrange to get it from you. 7811 Representative Lane 37931 or 865-693-3292

3. Complete the GKAISA form- required to be on file for all swimmers. Mail it to me or bring to practice on May 26.

The GKAISA form is attached and is also under the links section of the website, so you can print it out and complete it. I will have some copies available at registration on Saturday as well.

Feeders: The CWH board has decided that feeders must be able to swim the length of the pool unassisted by the end of the two week trial (May 26-June 9) to continue on swim team this year. There will not be a dedicated lane and feeders coach beyond the two week trial, so they must be prepared to join the 8 and under practices at this time.  If you are unsure about your child, we recommend doing the two week trial ($25). We are looking into offering group swim lessons outside of swim team for those who are interested and will try to help provide this if enough people want it.
