The Ijam's hike will take place on Monday morning @ 10am. I'm sorry I forgot to add that detail, confusing many of you! This is the day after Smoky Mountain, as practice will be canceled.

As you know, Smoky Mountain Invitational is this weekend at Springbrook Pool in Alcoa. You can find directions by searching on Google Maps for the pool. Swimmers are required to be at the team tent by 7:30am both Saturday and Sunday. Again, the 11 & Ups swim…
