What a great Smoky Meet!! Our swimmers swam great, and we ended up 5th out of 28 teams!! We had lots of first timers that joined right in like champs! We had lots of personal bests, heat ribbons and plenty of placing ribbons and medals to bring home!! The kids…

We have heard of a few with swimmer's ear. 

A great way to prevent swimmer's ear by using prevention drops after every swim.  You can buy these "SwimEar" or "Auro-Dri" at the store or use a homemade solution of 1/2 91% Alcohol and 1/2 white vinegar.  The alcohol dries out…
